Our festival celebrates diverse cultures, music, dance, and community, and provides a platform for performers like you to showcase your talent to an audience of families, community members, business owners, and cultural enthusiasts from across the GTA.

Vendor Booth Information

  • Food & Truck Vendors: 350 + HST
  • Business & Professionals: 500 + HST
  • Retail Vendors: 450 + HST
  • Deserts/Beverage/Ice Creams : 350 + HST
  • Artisans: 100 + HST
  • Community Partners: 50 + HST


Each vendor booth will be provided with:

  • One (1) table & Two (2) chairs

Tent Options

  • Vendors may bring their own tents or rent a tent on-site for $50.

  • Vendors are responsible for setting up and securing their own tent.

  • All tents must comply with safety regulations and be properly anchored.

Booth Placement

  • Booth spaces are dedicated and pre-assigned to ensure an organized layout.

Additional Notes

  • Booths are designed to maximize visibility and foot traffic, so early registration is encouraged.

  • Each food vendor must submit a completed application form to Durham Region Health Department at least 30 days prior to the event and applications must be approved prior to attendance at events.

  • Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and for removing all materials at the end of the event.

  • Electrical access (if needed) should be purchased in advance and may be limited.

Vendors to retain 100% of sales & no revenue sharing! Fees are non-refundable.
